Great Harvest Bread | Ashley Valley Community Park | The Park of all Parks

Welcome, to one of the biggest parks you'll ever find in a small(ish) town or any big city. We decided to have a picnic at this awesome park!

We got there right around noon. Luckily, Great Harvest Bread partnered up with us, because we were border line HANGRY. (Did you see our Instastory with the owner? We love working with the locals.) Who doesn’t love some good slices of bread from Great Harvest Bread? (Have you seen our past article about the one in Layton?) Did you know each one is locally owned? We partnered up with the local Vernal Great Harvest to try out some of their sandwiches and cookies.

Great Harvest bread has their staples, but then the owners get to design some of their own sandwiches, desserts and soups!

We had a Chicken Salad Sandwich, turkey, PB&J, Ham and Cheese, a delectable brownie and oatmeal cookies!

After filling our bellies with some great food, we were ready to play.

Honestly, this is one of the biggest parks I've ever seen. (And I've been to quite a few parks.)

I can't remember my exact county, but I think there was something like 8 or 9 giant play structures for the kids.

The park was surround with trees, benches, sidewalks, pavilions and it looked like various sports fields too.

Seriously, I can't believe how many different structures there were.

Each of them were all very different too.

My kids are really into these giant climbing pyramid things. So they spent a while there.

There was this little gondola off to the side of the park we decided to check out. Come to find out, it used to be part of the Tabernacle building (which is now an LDS Temple.)

We spent an hour or so (we could have stayed longer, but the kids were fading fast, since we'd already visited a few places that morning.)
