I have trouble walking and use a cane , so I'm hopeful I can do some of these trails for wheel chairs , strollers etc..I miss nature and the hikes I used to do quite often. Thank you for your post.

Just an FYI, you have the same trail on here twice. The Midway and the Alpine Loop Cascade Springs are the same trail. This trail system happens to have two parking lots, the lower (your Midway entry) and an upper (the Alpine Loop entry).
