Winter activities

For many years, Stephanie and I have talked about taking everyone skiing or snowboarding, but to be honest, we both very much did not want to take them. I mean, we do, but we also really don't want too either. It's a lot of work to go sledding, what would it be like to have all that equipment and teach everyone?! The first time I heard about these hot springs was last Oct 2018. I was participating in the Questival Race and one of our challenges was to jump into a natural hot spring. Another bucket list item that has been a long time coming, Meadow Hot Springs! Check out our original post HERE for ALL the info. RVing to hot springs is my new favorite thing. It was so nice to be able to have a warm place to go and change after swimming. Harmony's post led us straight to the spot! We closed out our Brigham City Staycation with a good old trip to Crystal Hot Springs in Honeyville Utah! We've been coming to Crystal Hot Springs for years now and we LOVE it! Crystal Hot Springs has recently made some changes to their resort too! There's a whole new cave area with a shallow pool. Our kids spend the majority of the time here. It’s not often that you’ll see the Salt Project on a ski mountain, if ever! Stephanie and I aren’t super snow people, maybe it’s because we didn't grow up skiing or snowboarding, but if there’s one winter sport we love, it’s Tubing! So when Visit Cedar City sponsored a trip to Brian Head Resort for tubing, we were all for it! Brian Head Resort is just 45 minutes outside of Cedar City. Kyra's here to tell us about another great indoor play area! Read on! I’m always on the lookout for indoor play areas for my kiddos. They’re perfect for hot summer days or cold winter days and basically any other day that we’re needing to get out of the house and burn off some energy. It’s even better if I can find an indoor play area that is totally free in cost which is why we love the new play area at The Shops at South Town in Sandy!
