Stephanie continues her Road Trippin' Series! We had just arrived in Cedar City after the long drive from up north and we needed to stretch our legs. I saw a road sign for the Homestead and thought I would check it out. There is a small museum that we explored in about 15 minutes, then we went outside and let the kids run crazy! After exploring the Frontier Homestead, we were starving! We jumped in the car and headed across the street. They had me at the big red roof. It had a small town feel and I was sure the food would be fabulous. I was right! Juicy burger, amazing fries and I couldn't resist the fried mushrooms. They didn't disappoint. Since we were on vacay, I let the kids order chocolate shakes to dip our fries in, but Brads has killer fry sauce, so if you don't like your fries in your shake, they have you covered. Cedar City is all about the pioneers. My husband's family was one of the early settlers. Let's just say, they've been there a while. Cedar City really is one of my favorite places. Cedar City is known as the Festival City, and besides having all sorts of stuff to do in town, it's also so close to so MANY other amazing places. Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Old Iron Town, Pine Valley are just a few amazing places just an hour away. I love that you can go from the red rocks to the pine tree forest in minutes. We've
