Fifth Water Hot Springs Hike

I've had this hike on my to-hike list for at least two years. Trying to find a time when my kids and I had pretty much all day to spend hiking and playing since Diamond Fork Canyon is about an hour away from where we live. Summer came and this year went and my boys started school. Then Utah started putting on quite a show with fall colors, so I took advantage of a Friday when my boys were off and we set out in the morning along with three other moms from our Hike it Baby family. The trailhead

We recently went camping near Spanish Fork, UT - in the Diamond Fork Canyon. We stayed at Diamond Fork Campground in loop B and I must admit it was so beautifully scenic! Loop B isn't as shady as loop A, but if you stay in sites 31-38 there are plenty of cottonwoods and willows that provide ample shade! We booked a double site because we were camping with family (4 adults and

Krishna Temple | Spanish Fork | Field Trippin'

I've been wanting to come to the Lotus Temple FOREVER! We drove by years ago and I haven't stopped thinking about it! It was truly majestic. Sometimes, I get super excited about things and I kind of get this goofy grin that I can't contain. This is one of those times. I love architecture and this place breathtaking. The kids were dying to go and look at the llama's, but we needed to eat first. Luckily, they do have a buffet. They had something for everyone, even dairy and egg free. It wasn't super great, but it wasn't too bad
