My kids have been begging to go back to visit Hall of Breakfast since we went at the beginning of the summer. This time we went with cousins. Everyone was oohing and aahing as we entered the fridge. They have added a few new things since we last came. I loved the new toast art wall and the kids were all about the confetti! The bacon wall was new also. We left our mark! We were lucky enough to be invited by Hale Centre Theatre to see My Son Pinocchio: Geppetto's Musical Tale. It's even more lucky, because my kids usually can't go to plays because they are young, but this show, is for kids ages 3 and up! I was super excited to see what my littles would think! I was glad to see that the play was actually written by Disney, so I knew it wouldn't get very intense. I'm not sure I've even shown them the Disney cartoon version of Pinocchio yet, but they have read the book a few times

Waterfall Canyon Trail has been on my list FOREVER! It's pretty popular but I heard it was hard so I've been putting it off. Plus, July has been so hot (as July usually is) so we decided to try this hike in the evening. We had the most amazing views the entire way up with the giant red sun shining through the smokey haze. Hall of Breakfast officially opens at The Gateway tomorrow! This breakfast exhibit was curated right here in Utah and is a hands-on experience (as breakfast should be.) Ok, the word is out! We have Read's Bonus Baby joining our crew this fall! After 4 kids we decided we were done. We gave away EVERYTHING baby related that we had acquired over the last decade.
