Rowley's Big Red Barn U-Pick Apples

We have driven by Rowley's Red Barn countless times, always with a promise of stopping one of these times. Our 1st visit was perfect timing because it was opening week for the U-pick apples! We arrived about 10 am on a Saturday and the crowds were very minimal. We timed it just right because the parking lot was full by the time we left. They have over 1000 acres, so although there were quite a few cars in the parking lot, we had an entire row to ourselves for picking and some cute photo ops. One of the owners gave

Kuwahara Wholesale Pumpkin Patch

From the second we pulled up to Kuwahara pumpkin patch I could tell it was going to be a hit with my 3 year old, Liam. He was giddy the moment that he saw the blowup decorations outside each of the various pumpkin patches. This pumpkin patch offers lots for kiddos to love and many spots to snap some fun photos. First, we walked through the traditional, main pumpkin patch and checked out each of the covered, themed pumpkin patches. My kiddos loved the inflatable tunnel in the back of the Frankenstein’s Cemetery patch and I loved the hanging plants

Petersen Family Farm Pumpkin Patch

Petersen Family Farm is a local farm located just south of 114th and west of Bangerter Highway in Riverton. It’s a place we love to visit all year round but pumpkin patch season is definitely our favorite time to visit. The farm is so much fun that I feel I should warn you in advance, your kids will love it and you will love it and you will definitely want to come back again and again. The farm has an amazing pumpkin selection and half the fun is grabbing a wheelbarrow and browsing the many pumpkins and gourds available, trying

Cross E Ranch in the Fall

It's that time again! It's FALL and all things Pumpkins have become a must. We're starting off our Pumpkin Patch Round-up with Cross E Ranch. If you follow along on our InstaStories, then you'll know that Cross E Ranch is raising the bar! We've been coming for a few years and they've been getting better and better every year! Mini Wagon rides greet you right as you enter so you better believe all the littles wanted a ride. You'll find murals all over. We tried the food (from Cross E!) and it was pretty delicious. The beef is from their

Gibson's Green Acres Dairy, Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch

We partnered up with Gibson's Green Acres Dairy, Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch. This is their first year doing a pumpkin patch and corn maze. Honestly, I felt they killed it! All their pumpkins are “specialty” pumpkins and are super unique. After picking pumpkins you weigh them on the scale. Plus, they have all sorts of activity passes you can buy. Something for all ages. My kids loved the giant slide and even went by themselves all the way down. Multiple times. I thought they would get tired climbing up all those stairs…but they just kept going and going. Apparently

Black Island Farms | Pumpkin Patch

Black Island Farms is one of our favorite Pumpkin Patches in Northern Utah and we'll tell you why! (See our past post here.) Corn maze, corn pit, pig races, slides, slides, slides, hay bales, train ride, animals, tractor ride, music, lights, oh, and our favorite, you can pick any pumpkin you want on the tractor ride. Even if you can't carry it. They have people for that. You pick it. They cut it, and carry it back to the tailor. The kids LOVED it! Black Island Farms also has a scary corn maze. As we were leaving, the older kids

Black Island Farms Pumpkin Patch | Syracuse

A group (and when I say "group," it was a small gathering of 100 souls) got together to go to the Black Island Farms. Last year I signed up, but put the wrong date in the calendar, so this year, I was not going to miss it for the world. I even brought in some back-up to help. Somehow, out of those 100 or so people, I was one of the very last ones to show, because I was late. I always used to tease my friends that were always late. Now, I'm one of those friends. Luckily, they were
