Family Field trip Friday! Actually, I'm not sure what day it is because, summer! But I know its the first week of August which means there is only one acceptable activity, floating the river! We found this little spot when we were riding the Ogden Bike Path. And added it to our summer bucketlist. There are actually 2 spots that we found. It's that time of year! The weather is cooling down so we are headed out on more mid day adventures! Hitting up the Riverdale pump track is one of our favorites. We usually have the place to ourselves mid day and the kids love chasing each other around the trails on their bikes. The other awesome part about this trail is that it is right next to the Ogden River Centennial Trail. This trail is paved and runs along the river for miles in either direction. My mom sent me a text about this new park on Ogden. There were a couple photos but it didn't even have an address listed. We decided to pack up the bikes today (which is no small miracle in and of itself 5 kids, plus my massive bike doesn't work if we are taking kids to ride the bikes that we pack. So we made the executive decision to leave the littlest Read at home with Papa so we would all fit. We really need to get a bike rack, and a hitch ASAP. It should be noted that while

As we wind down our whole Ogden City focus, we'd thought you like to know about this amazing little river walk along the Weber River. 9.6 miles of paved goodness with a whole lotta stops along the way. We've listed these in order from east to west. Rainbow Gardens (Mormon Muffins) Really, they are the ultimate muffins. Delicious, warm, bran.
