Gardner Village Witch Fest and Six Hags

This was our first time to Witch Fest and Six Hags. It's been on my list of things to do here in Utah for years and I'm so glad we finally made it happen. Next time my kids want to dress up! Luckily they had a face painter, (she was amazing!). So the kids felt a little more festive. And let me just tell you, our face paint lasted through lunch, playing hard at Six Hags, dinner, play time with friends... It still looked perfect when it was time for bed. I even debated letting them sleep with it on

Woodland Fairies | Gardner Village

If your kids like fairies and magical things like that, Gardner Village is the place to go. From now until May 31, you can find woodland fairies in their tiny houses hidden throughout the shops and landscaping of Gardner Village. It's like a scavenger hunt for all things magical, and it's free! If you go on a Saturday, you can enjoy even more fantasy fun. On Saturdays, kids can join in a free fairy parade, enjoy face painting, tour miniature fairy houses, make fairy bracelets, and take a fairy garden class to make a fairy scene in a unique container

Out and About in October

It's already October! Autumn is officially here, Halloween is just around the corner and there are so many fun seasonal things to do. We've compiled a list of the top, unique activities to experience this month. The Crack UEA Weekend feels like the kids' first 'real' break from school and offers the perfect opportunity to escape the impending cold weather and enjoy the sunshine down in Southern Utah. We love exploring The Crack in Pioneer Park, such a fun, unique experience to squish yourself through this breath taking natural landform. Great Harvest Bread Tours With bread and soup season in

Witches at Gardner Village | Field Trippin'

This past weekend Gardner Village hosted us for the opening of their 6 Hags Witches Adventure and to look at all the witches on display. I love that they decorate halfway through September because that means we can go do fun Halloween activities before the busier and often colder days of October hit. We looked online and found out that they have a fun little scavenger hunt that lists all the witches that you can find and check off. Then they let you turn in your scavenger hunt for a discounted cookie from one of the bakeries at the end
