I'll admit, I wasn't quite ready to embrace the Christmas Spirit but after visiting the new Pop-Up Picture This Christmas at Trolley Square today, I'm ready to embrace it ALL! The kids loved all the activities and I loved all the Christmas music! Each area was a fun, different Christmas theme. We've shown a few pop-ups on The Salt Project, and while Picture This Christmas is a much smaller scale, it's filled with super interactive fun. Of course, everyone LOVED the ball pit! The kids all took turns writing their Christmas Wishes on the wall, with a permanent marker (which
Sleepy Hollow Wagon Ride Coupon harm Tue, 10/09/2018 - 21:16
The Sleepy Hollow wagon ride has been on my list of things to do for a couple years now. I'm not a big fan of haunted houses and my crew is still a bit young for that sort of thing but we still wanted to do something spooky this year that the whole family could enjoy. You guys, this is it! Just the right amount of spook mixed with a thrilling experience that is super unique. The horse drawn wagon is just the right amount of bumpy on the dirt path as you wind around Midways Soldier Hollow while listening
Pumpkin Nights in Salt Lake City is open! Remember how we did a behind the scenes on our Stories? It was so fun to see all the different creations out and about. We love Pumpkin Nights because it's not too scary for the littles and artsy enough to capture your attention. It's crazy to see what they can come up with with pumpkins! Like this giant dragon below! The kids kept saying "Mom, remember when we say the baby turtles? Did you see them in the water? Or did you see the pirates." There's 7 different "Pumpkin Worlds" to see
Cross E has become our family's favorite pumpkin patch since we moved back to Utah to raise our littles. We have been to A LOT! (check out our master list HERE). But Cross E just feels like home to us. It's family owned, there are random chickens and dogs wandering the farm. It is a working ranch and you can just feel the love oozing out of every inch of this place. It has a ton of fun stuff to do and they add more every year, but they have been able to maintain that small town/family owned feel and

I was searching options to float the Weber River, one of our favorite summer traditions since we moved back to Utah. We usually float the same spot in Ogden but I knew there was a place you could go for a longer ride. While searching I found Park City Rafting. I had no idea you could raft the Weber River! And the best news is that you can take kids as young as 3! This would be a perfect addition to our Summer Bucket List for the whole family (minus #readsbonusbaby). The raft fits quite a few people so I
I don't know about you, but I find it so difficult getting my kids outside to burn off energy during the late Fall and Winter months! It's dark by 5pm! I mean, I could strap some flashlights to their heads and send them running off outside but that seems like a recipe for disaster! What's a mom to do with a house full of stir crazy kids?! Check out the classes at The Little Gym, that's what! I am so happy with the classes my kids are taking at the Little Gym in Orem, not only are they burning off
