Pump track for kids - Riverdale BMX bike track

It's that time of year! The weather is cooling down so we are headed out on more mid day adventures! Hitting up the Riverdale pump track is one of our favorites. We usually have the place to ourselves mid day and the kids love chasing each other around the trails on their bikes. The other awesome part about this trail is that it is right next to the Ogden River Centennial Trail. This trail is paved and runs along the river for miles in either direction. It is partially shaded in parts. Heading south, there are bigger gaps in the

Ogden River Parkway - Centennial Trail - BEGINING TO END

Since Covid-19 and quarantine hit us this spring, we have had the best time exploring all the places that we never really could before because we got longboards and bikes! We have always had bikes, but not enough for the whole family to ride at once. Also, they take up so much space that we couldn't fit them in our van and fit all of our kids too. The first week of quarantine my kids ordered longboards on line. They have been the biggest game changer for us. We have been able to explore places that we have never been

Trackline Bike Park - Ogden's NEWEST bike park

My mom sent me a text about this new park on Ogden. There were a couple photos but it didn't even have an address listed. We decided to pack up the bikes today (which is no small miracle in and of itself 5 kids, plus my massive bike doesn't work if we are taking kids to ride the bikes that we pack. So we made the executive decision to leave the littlest Read at home with Papa so we would all fit. We really need to get a bike rack, and a hitch ASAP. It should be noted that while

Poison Creek Bike Trail Park City

This is our favorite trail in Park City. We stumbled across it a couple years ago, and now its a must visit every time we are in town. Walking in is great, riding it is better. There are several tunnels with amazing artwork, rope swing, trees covered in shoes, a bridge, a musical park, and miles of adventure along a little stream. The second part of the trail leads to a beautiful Barn and has more awesome murals.

Top Bike trails to beat the Quarantine Blues with WOOM

This Covid-19 quarantine mandate has taken some getting used to. But one thing we have put at the top of our priority list has been spending time outside everyday rain or shine. Luckily it has been more shine these last few weeks. One of our favorite outdoor activities, while practicing social distancing is riding bikes. Ask my kids, their favorite of all the bikes in our garage is definitely our Woom Bikes. They are light weight and high quality. This little Woom 2 Bike is on its 2nd kid, and soon to be it's third! And it is still going

Bike Ride to Garden City Park from Conestoga | 12 Utah Staycations

One of our favorite activities at Conestoga Ranch is the BIKES! We're super excited to team up with Conestoga Ranch and share all about our experience. Conestoga Ranch has bikes for almost everyone! There are tandem bikes, bikes with training wheels, kid bikes, cruisers all sorts of bikes. (Don't forget your helmet and to sign the waiver!) Seems like bike rides have been our new thang in each Staycation! I'll admit, they've quickly become one of my favorite activities. I've mentioned it before, but there is something totally magical about biking through a town. There's a WHOLE different feel to
