After a full day of exploring Vernal we were starving. Luckily Vernal Brewery is just a block from the Dinosaur Inn and the weather was so beautiful so we walked to dinner.

I don't typically order soda but I never pass up a home brewed root beer.

One tip that we have learned when eating out with kids, always order their food with the appetizer, that way they don't have to wait so long for food.

Mini corn dogs for Vesper, fried brussel sprouts for mama. They were excellent BTW.

Giant kid burger for the win.

And I'm just going to call it, best mac n' cheese EVER!

Orion is always putting fries on his straw.  Hey, we never said eating out with kids was easy, but it is definitely entertaining.

Another excellent choice, the beet salad. I added salmon and so glad I did. It was the best I've had since Bryce Canyon

After dinner, we let the kids run wild in the Brewery garden. I had no idea it was farm to table. Very impressive garden and incredible food.

We highly recommend visiting the Brewery next time you're in Vernal. Definitely take advantage of the outdoor seating looking over the gardens.
