If you are looking for some hometown charm, locally owned, free ice-cream cones for the kids, and some good homemade food, Blondie's Diner is your place.

We stumbled upon Blondie's our first night and I knew we had to try it out. The Buffalo Burger was calling my name! And it did not disappoint. Dan got a navajo taco, and the kids enjoyed pancake dippers (huge hit).

We couldn't pass up the Homemade Apple Pie for dessert and the kids were thrilled with ice-cream cones to top it off!

Blondie, the owner, was there and stopped by to see how things were and let the kids know they had earned their ice cream by being so good.

I just love places like this, you feel like a part of the family by the time you leave.

We recommend stopping in to Blondie's Diner on your next trip to Zion and tell them The Salt Project said "Hi!"

Be sure to check them out online before you go for 10% off your meal.
