You'll be walking a lot, so be sure to take a stroller if you have little ones.
Check the weather and bring the right clothing. We were kind of freezing!
Wheelchair friendly, although there are hills.
Pack some water, snacks and a lunch.
There are food places at the Park as well.
Check out around the Park on all the walkways.
Be sure to check out the Gift Shop and check out the museums downstairs.
Plan at least a few hours at the park, if not the whole day.

Years ago, when my husband and I were first dating in high school (clear back in 1999!) we went to This is The Place and he let me push him down the hill and he yelled "as you wish" a la Princess Bride. Totally cheesy, but the memory always brings a warm smile to my heart ♡ Plus, I think our son will have a blast with all the fun activities there!
