Spring City TRAVEL GUIDE
Oh, Spring City. We visited on a whim last year and fell in love! The people in this community were so loving and welcoming during the pandemic last year.
Well, our kids COULD NOT wait to go back this year again. And... the people, you guys, I could cry. They were just the best. The town is quaint, the beautiful Spring Farm air bnb is so charming, we really could just live here.
Of course we had to do some of the same stuff we did last year during our visit, but we also added a few new adventures this year.
Here is our top things to do in Spring City Utah!
Spring Farm Air BnB & lavender Festival
Scroll to the bottom for dates and events for the festival. They have handmade lavender good from the farm, made right here in Spring City. You can also book a stay at the farm house located right downtown. It's about a 3 minute walk to the springs from the farm house.
We finished off the 3 day fourth of July weekend in Spring City. Dan was able to come down and spend the day with us, then headed back home so he could get to work early the next day. It was so fun having him down this time to see what all the fuss was about. He agree's, cutest farm house ever.
The kids had so much fun playing night games.
Anyone that was following along on our visit last year might remember Wells falling asleep on what he thought was a mini bunkbed aka shelf.
He remembered our visit and immediately tried out the little shelf again. I laughted, put him to bed and when I came in to check on him... he was was asleep on the shelf!

The bigs decided to sleep in the barn which was awesome because they also decided to stay up until the wee hours of the night talking and goofing off.
Historic Home Tour

This is the old school. It's now the city offices.
Our favorite way to see the old homes and socialize with the locals is on wheels or by foot. We met so many amazing people. We were also able to see the homes better and get closer.
The last time we stayed here, someone we met delivered fresh eggs and herbs to our air bnb and we woke up to them in the morning. This time, someone saw us all walking and asked how many kids we had (11), they ran inside and brought out popsicles for everyone and started handing them out. So Sweet! How are people this nice?
Das Cafe
During our stay we received so many DM's telling us we needed to visit Das Cafe while we were here. Their famous carrot cake lived up to the hype! And the Big Max breakfast was the perfect German breakfast. The kids loved the loaded waffles.
The Big Max.
Pioneer Cemetery
This was a cool little spot to explore. Some of the graves just had rocks marking them.
Spring City Natural Spring
Located right in the middle of town. The water tastes amazing and flows non stop.
Roots 89 Grill
For some good burgers, onion rings, fries, and the best fountain drinks! They said they use the spring water for the ice, thats what makes them so good!
Spring City Museum
Located in the old school house, this is a small one room museum full of treasures. There is a number on the window you can call to set up an apt.
Ok, those are our top things to do in Spring City. Here is how we spent the rest of our visit.
This is the Theatre & Hotel exactly 100 years ago. 1921.

The fields smell so amazing.
We are so grateful our cousins got to join us.
Another successful trip in the books! Thank you Spring Farm for all the memories that we will cherish forever.
