We went to FREE Science in the Parks last week.

Science in the Parks is an interactive outreach program designed for children of all ages, especially preschool through middle school, as well as their families.  The free program visits six parks each summer in the Ogden area, in conjunction with Ogden School District’s free summer lunch program.  Each week we visit a different park, and each day of the week we present a different collection of interactive, playful, and fun science activities.

The kids loved experiencing 'school lunch' since we homeschool, its home lunch every day around here.

After eating the kids did experiments with Weber State Staff for almost 2 hrs! Everything was hands on, messy and lots of fun!

We're a little late in posting this, but this is the last week!
July 13-17, 2015 at West Ogden Park (751 West 24th Street, Ogden)

Don't forget about the FREE R.A.M.P. Program on every Saturday. Check out our post here! The Boy Scout Ropes Course is just one of the many free activities!
