Do you remember the first time we showed you Süss Cookies? It was back in the Summer and Jamie over at Wonder & Scout brought in Süss cookies. Süss Cookies are from the ever charming town of Midway. Stephanie and I have both agreed. These are the best cookies The Salt Project has ever had.

I daresay the best ones I've had in my life. I don't just say these things lightly. It's probably a good thing I don't live in Midway, I'd be over every day. Should I be ashamed to say I've tested MANY cookies since The Salt Project has started? I blame it on pregnancies, but really, cookies are apparently a weakness of mine.

While I am very, very partial to the Sour Cream Lemon Cookie, I loved ALL the 6-8 I've eaten in the past 3 days. Mmmmmm, I tested the Chocolate Peppermint, The Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie, Somoa, Snickerdoodle, Double Chocolate Chip, a S'mores variety...Nom Nom. (You'll have to double check the names, but you'll know them when you see them.)

Not only are the a beautiful cookie, they are the perfect light crunch on the outside with a perfect softness in the center. I used to say I loved just doughy cookies, but after having a Süss Cookie, I've been thinking wrong all my life.

If you are in Midway, YOU HAVE to stop in and get some cookies. And if you aren't anywhere near Midway, well, don't worry, THEY DELIVER! You can actual be a cookie subscriber...honestly, I can't even image doing this, it's SO dangerous. But it would make me SO HAPPY.

They Ship!

I would LOVE to take me family here. It’s just the best thing that could happen to our family right now
