So many places so go, only a few short days to visit! While in Vernal, many of the locals told us that Red Canyon Visitor Center was a MUST. We now know why. It truly is one of the most amazing views.
I love mid-century style EVERYTHING. So when you walk up to the visitor center that's all you see. Once you walk inside though!!
That view is CRAZY cool. A boat was going down the river and making the most beautiful lines.
Right outside the Visitor Center is a scenic walk.
We took a short 5 minute walk to the edge, all while smelling the sweet butterscotch Ponderosas!
Usually, I'm not worried about my kids falling off the cliffs, but I was REALLY glad to see fencing all over. There were lots of cracks and drops where you really wouldn't notice.
The views really are just amazing. Be sure to add this to your Bucket List!
There's also a lodge, but we really wanted to make sure we got a tour in at Flaming Gorge Dam! So we boogied on down there.
Thanks to all the Vernal locals for telling us to visit!
