The 2016 Olympics have the kids all excited about trying new things!

Breckyn (9) has taken classes at The Rock for 2 years now. They just opened their NEW location in Riverdale and she was jumping up and down, excited to go check it out. Her brothers (11 & 5) wanted to try a trick class and Breckyn wanted to try out a cheer class to see if it's something she might be interested in.

The Rock is family owned (The Salt Project LOVES small business), and they offer FREE classes! Your child can try a complimentary class to see if they like it or see what class is the best fit. This is a HUGE deal! Nothing like buying all the "stuff" and paying all the fees only to find out your kids hates baseball (true story). So it's nice to know they can give it a try and if they love it, THEN you can go invest in the "stuff" they need.

The new gym is HUGE. The teachers are so good with the kids. They have a "waiting area" with a TV and bean bags and a table and toys... game changer for trying to keep a toddler busy during lessons.

Here is a little video we put together of our experience at The Rock. Enjoy!

When you walk in, there is a front desk to check in and sign up for classes, or you can sign up on-line.

Then the kids can go line up for the class that they are attending.

There were several classes going on at once in different sections of the gym, so all 3 of my kids were able to attend a class at the same time.

The "waiting area" is my new fave. Their old location was smaller and it was impossible for me to keep Berdee off the equipment.

And just like that, for the first time in her 2 years, she actually fell asleep in the car on the way there and stayed asleep! (thank you tiny bean bag)

While Berdee slept, I snuck around the gym to snap a few pics.

The boys working on some tricks.

Tiny little ladies doing their thing.

And the cheer class, you can see Breckyn in the back, she was a little out of her league, but she LOVED being able to try something new. She said she really liked it.

In addition to tumbling and cheer classes, they also rent the gym for parties.

The Rock is giving away 1 month of FREE tuition with free family enrollment, a $65 value!
