Corbin's Grille is located in Layton and Brigham City. They hosted us for a lovely dinner and we're excited to share our experience of the Layton location. Both locations are similar but not the same, so we will definitely be heading up to check out Corbin's in Brigham City. They are know for their amazing breakfast menu!
So nice eating next to a waterfall.
Corbin's is known for their artichoke dip, but I couldn't pass up the fried Brie! So we will definitely be back to sample the dip.
If you just went to Corbin's for the fried Brie you could die happy. I swear. It was that good. I can't stop thinking about it. I recommend it to anyone that loves cheese.
We also tried the fried ravioli because I love trying new things. It was equally delicious!
House salad, so fancy right!
Carrot ginger soup, I didn't know what to expect about this one but I was similar to butternut squash soup, crazy good!
I tried the Sea Bass, because I love trying new things and because it was highly recommended. It was like butter, crispy, smooth, flaky. Straight up incredible is what it was. I will be getting it again next time.
Fettuccine Alfredo, two thumbs up.
And the special, filet minion with crusted crab over pasta. No words for this dish. It was good, and gone fast. I might have had one too many bites of my husbands. I wish I was a food critic so I might have more words to describe how truly amazing this food was. Corbin's is in my top 10 in UTAH!
Chocolate lava cake from scratch. Takes 20 minutes to make. Worth every minute of waiting (we recommend you order it after your salad).
And of course the creme brulee. Always my favorite.
We had such great service. We had the honor of meeting Lauren and Chef Mendez who creates and prepares all of these amazing dishes. Wish I could take him home with me.
Thanks for hosting us! We had such a lovely time and we are still dreaming about all the delicious food. You guys have a good thing going!
