Welcome, to The Broken Spur Inn! I was pretty excited to stay here. It has an awesome view, swimming pool, home baked goods, restaurant and cowboy attire. All things to make the perfect stay.

The room was clean and organized. The bathroom, even cleaner. (I have morning sickness all day and so I made a prompt inspection on the toilet, unwillingly.) I love rooms that have themes, I think it makes for the whole experience.

After spending a few minutes at the swimming pool and hot tub to get the last of the wiggles out we headed to bed. (Somehow I forgot my camera during this.)

The next morning we woke up and headed straight for breakfast!

At the Gifford house, we were told that all their baked goods that they sell were actually made fresh by the Broken Spur. We were also told that the Broken Spur's breakfast was awesome because they always had all sorts of random sweet baked things at breakfast. I was a little excited.

True to the rumors, breakfast was excellent. One aisle was all your pancakes, sausages, eggs, biscuits, hash browns and the other side was all the baked goods.

The best part of the Inn? The park of course! The kids were so excited to find a slide and this airplane see-saw.

Thanks Broken Spur Inn! We'll be back, especially for that pumpkin spice bread!
