Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort has a cafe that's RIGHT next to the actual Big Rock Candy Mountain. You may know the song...if you don't, listen to it here!

After soaking in two different hot springs in Monroe, jumping in the river and having ice cream, we headed down to Big Rock Candy Mountain to fuel up before our next adveture!

It's always a tricky balance having 13 kids under 14 in one place, especailly when going out to eat. One trick we've learned is to order the kids food at the same time as appetizers. It helps with the craziness (sometimes.)

We tried the fried green tomatoes, which were surprisingly sweet! It was different but actually super tasty.

One of the popular items is the Cuban and we loved it!

I got the thai salad and it was perfect.

While waiting for food, we let the kids explore out the back patio. They found a baby lizard!

Stephanie's kids are on the hunt for delicious fettuchine at all times. I think this was their second plate in two days.

Steak and Burger's anyone?

While Stephanie and the rest of the adults ate the kids found a geocache!

It's on the back patio hidden in plain sight and we put some Salt Project stickers in there! Be sure to find our stickers and snap a photo of it!

Thanks to Utah's Trail Country for sharing this gem with us!
