Arts Expression Preschool - Utah Children's Theatre

Utah Children's Theatre has been educating children in the arts for over 25 years. While many parents know about our acting and musical theatre classes for school-aged children, sometimes they are surprised to learn that we have classes for preschool aged children, too. Our Beginning Level classes are structured specifically for ages 3-5 and can spark a love of the arts for a lifetime.

Arts Expression Preschool is held on Tuesday mornings from 10:30 am to noon, and incorporates all aspects of the arts. Each class includes story time, creative play, acting, a craft related to the daily theme, singing, movement, and more! We are not a daycare preschool; students actively learn and explore for the entire time.

If afternoon or evening hours work better for your family, we have Theatre Beginnings classes on Tuesdays at 5:30, Wednesdays at 4:30 and Thursdays at 4:30. Theatre Beginnings teaches acting and confidence skills in a fun and nurturing environment. If you have older children, they can take classes at the same time, leaving you free to run errands or have a few minutes for yourself.
