Wow. When we started The Salt Project, we didn't know where it would take us.

We especially didn't know where it would take our babies.

We didn't know how many cool people we'd meet along the way.

Now, we've traveled all over Utah with our families using the Osprey Poco AG Plus Carrier.

We've used it for years now.

We love the Osprey Baby Carrier so much, that we decided to give one away in celebration of 20,000 followers on Instagram!

We've teamed up with Gear:30 of Ogden to Giveaway an Osprey Poco AG Plus Carrier. (Retail of $290) Plus, we'll be throwing in some Salt Project Swag!

To Enter:

  • Leave a comment below about where you want to take the Osprey Poco AG Plus Carrier in Utah.
  • #thesaltproject & #GEAR30 on your hikes, showing your need for the Osprey Baby Carrier.
  • Additional entries can be made on Instagram and Facebook.

Winner must pick-up carrier in Ogden. Winner will be chosen at random and contacted directly. Giveaway ends on Monday July 31, 2017.

Be sure to watch our Instagram Stories as we will highlight all the features of the Osprey Poco AG Plus Backpack!

I want to use the carrier and discover 1 new place here in Utah every month for the next year..starting with a beautiful hike I recently learned of up at Silver Lake by Solitude.

I think a shorter comment would be places we don't want to go with this carrier - so many great places in Utah that we haven't explored yet!

I would take me and the babe in the osprey pack all sorts of places. From the small hikes around my house, to little and big cottonwood canyon, and I'm itching to take my family to Moab!

Shaylee Hardman Thu, 07/27/2017 - 10:32

Well I'm dying to do the cecret lake hike after the last post! I would also like to do Stewart falls this summer.

Kristine Thu, 07/27/2017 - 10:46

We moved to Utah last year and have been exploring but have so many jokes to still do - Zions and Bryce but also closer to home in American Fork canyon and up on the Unitas

I'd love to take it to Capitol Reef NP. It's the last NP in Utah I haven't visited. I just had my second child 3 months ago, so I'd love to win a second carrier to tandem hike.

Tiffany Thu, 07/27/2017 - 14:51

We hike all over. We love American fork canyon but are itching to visit arches this fall!!

Kristi Brown Thu, 07/27/2017 - 17:06

I would love to take it to Zions! We just moved here a year ago from GA and are so excited to expolore our new home!!

Jessica Huston Thu, 07/27/2017 - 18:26

We would absolutely love this carrier. We love going on hikes throughout the salt lake valley and I love how roomy and easy this carrier is.

Christina Thu, 07/27/2017 - 20:19

We would take it all over Utah with our 6 month old daughter for the next three years! Then onto the next place our Air Force sends us! It would be such a blessing!

Allison Benton Sat, 07/29/2017 - 17:25

I would love to hike Bryce Canyon. I have an older carrier and it kills my back!! Pick me please!!

Maddie Weller Sun, 07/30/2017 - 00:36

Not sure if this is an entry as well! :) If not... it's okay cause I have commented up the wall on your Instagram page.

We've already been to Arches, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks National Monument this year and our next trip is going to be the Grand Canyon and having this backpack would make a world of difference! We also do a weekly local hikes so we would definitely use it! #thathikinglifewithkids

Joey Johnson Sun, 07/30/2017 - 20:28

We hike 3 times per week with Hike it Baby, so this Osprey carrier would be used often especially on harder hikes like Brighton Lakes, Mary, Martha and Catherine!

That AG plus child carrier is very helpful not only for hiker parents but to all parents and the durability is superb! It's a little expensive though but really worth it.
